Hello guys

My cpu off set voltage isnt working under windows 8.1.. Is constantly running at 4.8ghz and 1.288 volts all the time

What do you have set as your power plan in OS.

If you have performance it will not work. Samsun Magician often forces the system to performance by the way.

Last time i used a cmd command to set the sleep mode completely off but this time,because i cant remember the command, i have used the power settings to turn it off, is the same thing???

You can change individual settings by going to the balanced power setting and then select change plan settings. You can select when if ever your system sleeps from there.
