Hi, is it safe to use the auto overclock in the bios, my cpu is a intel i53570k and in the bios I have three options,
4200,4400,4600 recommended.

I don't know how to overclock, did push the gpu a little on the core clock and memory clock but that was easy using the software the gpu manufacturer provided.

have read the oc guide here (thumbs up) but still its too dam complicated for me so I would go down he route of auto oc.

I have a decent cooler to keep temps down and maybe upgrading if temps are not stable if I do use the feature

do I need to disable turbo mode if I do use the Oc feature ?

what about speedstep ? disable\enable ?

this is my first rog board and I think its great for extreme overclockers but im just a novice and would like something simple for now.

thanks

For anyone to provide you with meaningful advice please do list all your hardware.

But even with an Intel stock cooler 44 will be doable. And it is simple.

Set XMP profile as your mode of OC - that sorts your memory out.
Now change your multiplier to 44x
Leave all else on auto for now.

F10 and enter to save and reboot.

Check out your voltages and temps in OS using HWmonitor
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.
