I am having the exact same issue.  I have no idea how to fix it.

My build is the exact same specs.  Could it be the brand of the ram?

I had the same issue, but try waiting (apparently up to 15 minutes in some cases) for your PC to boot after enabling EXPO.
On mine (same specs as OP) I also upgraded to the beta 7101 BIOS - but it may very well work the same on the existing stable BIOS.

My expectation was that making a simple BIOS change like enabling EXPO would take maybe a minute, but nope, took more than 3 minutes on mine - so just be very patient.

Hey OP - I just wanted to follow up. Any luck? Did it finally boot after giving it some time like @Rippedgeek suggested? I’m having the same issue.

Hey Buddy, I got it to work but its a bad solution and Asus needs to fix it. here is what you need to do

Download the BETA bios 0707 from https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/amd-600-series/x670-resource/m-p/1055351/highlight/true#M7740 and rename it to the same bios name for your motherboard if you don't know reply with your motherboard and I'll tell you the name.

Move the NVMEs to the bottom slots gen4.

Load EXPO 1 and when applied let it restart and wait up to till 10 mins.

it should work. Asus needs to fix this asap.
