Help Please!

Just completed my first build, please excuse my inexperience as I am a total Noob at this.

My build is as follows,

Asus Maximus VI Vormula
ASUS GTX780-DC2OC-3GD5 GeForce GTX 780
Intel i7 4770K
G.SKILL Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866
Corsair H100i
COUGAR CF-V12HPB 120mm fans x 6
Corsair Carbide Air 540
SeaSonic X Series X-1050 1050W ATX12V
Samsung 840 Pro SSD 512GB
Western Digital Black 1TB 6GB/sec
Windows 8.1 64bit
Asus VG248QE
Corsair K70 Keyboard
Logitech G700 mouse

The problem is that periodically the screen freezes and I can hear a buzzing sound and it either reboots or I get a blue screen with the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR message and then it reboots. This can occur when I am gaming or at any random time. Sometimes I dont get a screen freeze or buzzing sound and it just reboots.

I have tried reinstaling drivers, and the device manager shows no conflicts or errors. The temps seem fine and Im have not overclocked anything, although I had hoped tp.

Please help as the computer works great when it works but it is not usable like this. Any suggestions would be great. I have installed AI suite 3 and i was thinking of uninstalling it as I hear it can cause issues.

Thanks

Believe it or not the problem is still occurring and constantly crashing my computer. I am getting kernel power errors and nvlddmkm errors. Doesanyone have any ideas how to fix this? I have tried multiple clean installs of the nvidia drivers and different bios settings but it still freezes and crashes.

Please help!!

Your freezes could indeed be related to your DIMMs. Run Memtest86,

Download to an empty USB stick then change your boot settings in the BIOS to boot from usb priority. Let it run for 2 passes and its best to run one DIMM at a time. Then run Memtest again with all slots populated. That at least will eliminate possible RAM issues.

I don't think aisuite is all that bad and there are some good features. Just exit the software to run other monitors as you will have unreliable conflicts. RealBench 2 rocks for testing and benching imo.

Thanks for the suggestion MeanMachine.

Ran Memtest 86 on both Dimms separately and then together and no errors, so RAM doesn't appear to be the issue. Still having same problem with freezing and crashing.....

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Update

Was still having the same recurring problem so I decided to rerun Memtest85+. I ran both Dimms together and then each Dimm separately in each of the two slots I had them in. I received errors when both Dimms were installed and then errors when Dimm 2 was in the second slot. Dimm 1 was fine in both and Dimm 2 ran for 11 passes error free in the first slot. ?? I have since run Dimm 1 for a few days in both of the red slots separately and no errors. So I think the motherboard is ok, and it is the second Dimm that is faulty, although it would have been nice to see it show errors in the first slot as well.

Here is my question. I contacted GSkill the memory is
G.SKILL Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM 1866 (PC3 14900) F3-1866C8D-16GTX
and I can RMA it to GSkill but I would be without the use of my computer for 1-2 weeks. They will not allow me to keep one stick and then send me a matched pair, with me then returning the remaining original, even if I give them a credit card number as security. Only options are:

1) Return only faulty Dimm and I use remaining Dimm in the meantime and they send me a new single stick. Problem is it may not pair up with my existing Dimm.
2) Return both and get a matched pair but no computer for 1-2 weeks.
3) Buy another two Dimms of the same type and use them while returning my existing two. I then get a matched pair back, but the question is will the two pairs work properly in a 4 Dimm 32GB configuration afterwards, and is this worth the extra expense?

Any help would be appreciated. If anyone has any other options that would be great. Thanks in advance.

I would suggest that you get a new kit, and when your RMA kit are returned test and see if they work well together. If they do not sell them on you will not loose much at all.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.
