New MB... No boot

Problem installing Win7

I am just completing a total rebuild with new Rampage IV Extreme, CPU, GPU, RAM and liquid cooling. All the hardware is installed and seems to be working but I am unable to get past the BIOS post to boot. I have updated BIOS to 4804 and have 2 HD's (plugged to the first two X-97 ports) configured in RAID-0. I've tried setting the boot priority to to boot off of the SATA optical drive (plugged into the first ASMedia port) and a USB stick with a Win7 iso mounted but neither will boot.

All of the attached drives show up in BIOS post but the two RAID HD's don't show in the boot sequence and are working properly. The CPU is running at 18-20C & the board is 20-21C so overheating isn't an issue. Also, I have a "CPU Fan Error" at the bottom of the post screen. I have most of my fans attached through a NZXT fan controller but the two radiator fans go to MB fan headers. I know that I am obviously missing something but since this is my first complete build, I can't seem to figure out what it is. Help...

Thanks,
Tony

Your machine won't boot because it thinks there is no CPU fan.

Within the BIOS sub-menu you will find "Monitoring." It is the same place you'll see your fan speeds, temperatures, etc.

Find the CPU Fan, and disable monitoring.

Our BIOS's are different, but the principle will be the same. Hit F-1 to enter the BIOS setup.
