New Graphics Card Issues

Just upgraded to an R9 280x but have come across a problem, this is happening in a few games (see below) the temps are not an issue and i have tried the latest/beta drivers with no changes... Sometimes it is there after 5 mins some times it takes an hour...

ok i will give that a go... Also thinking about 'upgrading' to windows 7 to see if its just a win 8 issue

RAM is fine..... going to ry Win7 on another disk.. Do you think it could be faulty VRAM or a Hardware issue with the catrd?

Issue is now resolved by updating the BIOS on the GPU to the latest...

R9280X-DC2T-3GD5 VBIOS update
BIOS update to remove rare artifacting events during gaming, Please also update the Catalyst driver to 13.251 or above
