new build with ASUS Z170 pro gaming is very slow at read/write in parallel

Hello to all

I have just assembled a new system with the following configuration:

MB: ASUS Z170 pro gaming
CPU: Intel core i5 6600k 3.5 GHz
RAM: G. Skill 2x8 GB DDR4 2400 MHz CL15
PSU: Green 600w

I have used my old pc's component for the rest:

HDD: Seagate barracuda 7200.12 SATA II
VGA: ASUS Radeon HD 4670
ODD: SONY DVD writer

However I am facing a problem which I will try to describe below:

I usually use ANSYS fluent to perform numerical simulation for academic works. When I use Fluent in serial mode, there is no problem!
However when I start fluent in parallel with 2 or 4 cores the process of reading case and data for an specific simulation is very very slow (takes more than 10 minutes)
I mean, even my 7 year old laptop with Intel core 2 due @ 2.93 GHz and 4 GB DDR2 ram is way faster in reading the same case and data in parallel mode with 2 cores (takes less than a minute)

The difference between serial and parallel is that in parallel mode fluent buffers for scanning file!
The new system is very slow at buffering compare to my old laptop!

I want to what can be the cause of slow buffering on my new system?
HDD or RAM?

Best wishes and thanks in advance

Are you using the previous Windows installation or did you do a new install?

I have tried clean installing windows 10 several times with no luck...
Well something is really wrong when my new system is trying to buffer for file scan!

Does buffering use HDD cache? or RAM?

thank you very much.
I have monitored every process while reading my case in parallel fluent and I have found out that a service called ASUS Gamer first III service was using up to 5% of cpu every time I tried to read my case and data in fluent!

Uninstalled ASUS Gamer first III and the problem is gone!
This software (allows user customization of network traffic) was some how interfering with my network...
It was installed when I was installing ASUS mb drivers from the support DVD.
