New Build... Q Code 15?

New build.

Specs as Follows:

Maximus VII Hero
i5 4690
EVGA GTX 970
Corsair Vengeance Pro 1866 8x2
Corsair H100i GTx water cooler
EVGA PSU 650 80+ gold
Samsung 850 SSD

Power on and all fans etc are on. Q code display scans through a few numbers but always pauses on 15 then repeats. Ive tried one stick, different slots etc etc. So the memOK LED and the CPU led flash intermittently. Help a noobie out.

Most likely a memory issue, but I recommend also reseating the CPU as something simple like that could resolve the issue. I had same issue with a few Z97 boards not booting and I just reseat CPU and clear CMOS and it booted.
