Since day 1 of my build I seem to have issues with OC. I posted in the forums awhile back and didn't get to far.
I have since then not oc'd my system at all. I can test all hardware and tests are good. I can wipe my HDD re install everything and still get random freezing and have to force reboot or like as of late i get glitches in os. I have like in background 12 images setup to rotate and they sometimes ghost each other overlapping like both are present at same time,
Also if I run any type of registry cleaning software whole system will lock up causing force reboot
I have made sure all drivers and windows updates are up to date and begin to wonder if hardware was never good from the beginning. My ram I am not sure if fully compatible with the MOBO BUT i seen some say it is.
I really need any help I can get I had my previous build last me 7 years with not half the specs of this system and it still runs to date without any issues.
I am currently running windows 8 64 bit as well. I have Govt issued symantec endpoint protection running and no other crap on it but games and some basic software applications.
Any advice on hardware or how I might need to setup Bios. Please dont refer me to the crosshair v formula z and 8150 OC guide. I simply dont get from it enough to oc my rig. I feel there is something missing or perhaps I am too much of a noob and got lucky on my first build.
Ty again for any quick responses

I am sorry did not mean to be disrespectful.
And I will do this moment I get home.
Do you not agree that it is weird both my PSU display same readings and 1 is in a OC system that has never had issues?

I think it is very strange to be honest.

I have a couple of new Crosshair boards on the test bench as I will be benching some 32mil tonight I can check them all and see if it is board specific or PSU specific.

Yes indeed .. we are only 3 hours apart .. I will await his 'arrival' ..

The 12v rail is weak in this PSU as well .. a 'new' one wouldn't hurt unless it
reveals the same result .. which would tell me it's a board issue ..

What bios version OP ? I saw that you flashed the bios .. what version ?
Can you confirm that it was from this page ?

Also DRam should be set to 1.65

Worry not bro .. we will get this sorted .. .c.

4 PSU's, 2 Mobos and the same readings on all, 600w 700w a 1000w if my memory serves me and a seasonic 1250w.
I am leaning heavily to the mobo, VRM's to be specific.

Chris was saying the exact same thing to me a few minutes ago when we chatted about this. It does look more and more like board issues.

I'd love to see a screeny of the board with adjusted digi .. and manual settings in place as indicated above ..
[hwMonitor, 2xcpuZ-CPU/Memory] .. but have to agree, the leaning is 'almost' to the tipping over point. .c.

I will leave that to the OP as this is his thread that me trying to help has highlighted a problem with my own system.
Getting it resolved is something I am keen on, and I have been through all I know so if your suggestions work or come up with things I have not done or considered, I am all ears. Just wanted to point out that the PSU's are looking less likely than the mobo, or maybe the CPU's.
