Need help with more OC of CPU & RAM

I have a Rampage III Gene with Intel i7-960. I also have Corsair Dominator GT RAM.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145329

I went out and spent some money and built myself a nice single loop cooling system with a 200mm and 240mm rad to cool both my ram and my cpu. I currently have my CPU at 4.1ghz and my RAM at 1700mhz. I WANT MORE. Problem is everything I try is unstable so I'm looking for suggestions. Any help or recommendations would be much appreciated.

It's been a while since I ran my R3E but 4.1 is a pretty good over clock already, I seem to remember 3.6 to 4.0 as a daily clock, 4.4 to 4.6 was high for me as 24/7, the R3E was a breeze to work with, I started with a 920 and eventually used a 980x with unlocked multiplier which made it much simpler.

Any ideas about getting my RAM up to 2000mhz? It was advertised at that and I do have a cooling block on it. The block seems kinda pointless now.

1. Change DRAM frequency to DDR3 2000.
2. Enter DRAM Timing Control.
3. Change CAS# Latency to 9. RAS# to CAS# Delay to 11. RAS# PRE Time to 9. RAS# ACT Time to 27.
4. Return to main menu.
5. Change DRAM Bus Voltage to 1.65V.
6. Save & exit.

or set AI overclock tuner to XMP mode if your ram has a 2000 mhz xmp profile it should do everything for you

WHen I use XMP windows wont boot. I also tried

And still wont boot windows. Any ideas? I beginning to see why everyone thinks these 1366 chips suck
