Need help finding serial

You guys helped us build 2 pc's earlier this year, one works perfectly which is mine, the other, on the other hand, has blue screens of death rapidly, Well we recently figured out its the mother board causing it, we replaced the CPU in it and everything, its just the motherboard that's the problem. Well i can't seem to find the serial number to start the RMA process on it that i want to get done before the warranty goes out.

The board is the Asus Rampage Extreme IV If anyone can help me find the serial number it'd be greatly appreciated, i refuse to take the machine apart till my husband gets home, its his computer and i don't feel like being responsible for killing his graphics card ram or cpu or something taking the motherboard off to look at the back, so if its on the back i can't get it till he's home.

So where is the serial number located? Anyone know?

Have you tried swapp'n the memory from your machine into his to see if the
problem persists ?? 0r checked out this link from HiVizMan : http://rog.asus.com/127362012/overclocking/memtest-user-guide-for-rog-motherboards/ ??

We tried that, we ran a ram test, we found out the motherboard's chip set fan is out, so it has to go back anyways. Mine works fine his does not. We're fine just trying to get a lot done in a month.

Depending which BIOS he's running, the PCH only activates itself when the chip hits a certain temperature.

He has to take the computer apart to look at the back for the serial number, I refused to take the PC apart myself. I'm due on the 6th for the baby so it could be any day, but its on the 9th when im going to be induced, So we'll see where it goes, we just finished ordering everything for the baby. So we're killing boxes and everything and trying to get organized, your still on my facebook if you wish to message me.

he's going to take the computer apart now, so i can try to contact asus again tomorrow.
