So if anyone would be willing to share some knowledge with me I would really appreciate it. I am not new when it comes to general builds but I am new at the overclocking world. Or maybe I shouldnt even be overclocking? My hardware list is as follows... let me know if I any more info is needed... oh yah, my use of the computer is primarily gaming and media, Titanfall and NFS Rivals is what im playing now, and then just watching alot of movies. ~Corsair Force GT SSD 60 GB (System Files, Drivers, and hardware controllers)
~Toshiba THNSNJ128GCST SCSI SSD 128 GB (Primary Games)
~Then I have 3 1tb WD HDD's one of which is the black edition with faster read/write speeds.
~Plus a seagate 2 tb HDD (I know this is over kill for HDD space but ya.... I got no excuse except that I had that many sata ports...)
~Kingwin 4x fan controller and temp monitor which I only now use for the two fans cooling the HDD bays because I like the ASUS Thermal Tuning software.
~Besides the two HDD fans blowing front to back there is the 2 110mm fans blowing out the top, one rear exhaust, one bottom under the HDD bay blowing up and the 2 supplied assisting fans that come with the Sabertooth.
Any advice on HDD config., Cooling config., and overclocking along with general BIOS settings would be much appreciated, I have alreadhy formatted probably ten times trying to set this all up right, from ahci to raid 0, back to ahci.... windows 8 to 8.1 to 8.1 pro. (currently AHCI w/ 8.1 pro.) Any advice also on Intel Rapid Start and Storage Controller would help. I think I have it all working but not sure of n=my settings and partitioning.
