Need advise between 295x2 or 290x 8gb

Dear Friends,

Please need advise between r9 295x2 or 290x 8gb GPU for 4K gaming. I want to upgrade my GPU asap but I am confused between these cards. I need best performance in games from one of them and I don't know which can provide. Therefore please help me regarding this problem and its very appreciable.

The 295 x 2 is a dual gpu card so even though it is an 8 GB card, it's only 4GB for each gpu which is still enough to handle 4k as long as you don't use AA.

The 295 x 2 will be the better performer.

A 290x will never come close to using 8GB of memory with one screen. it will run out of processing power before using all 8 GB.
