My new GTX 1050ti GPU TWEAK 3 fails to boot up

Idk why But after installing GPU Tweak 3 and opening it after restart It just sits in background According to Task Manager. I already deleted my old Drivers from my old GT 770

Fixed it. but whoever has this problem too heres the answer:Restart your PC again
