Hello my friend and I am sorry to hear you have a problem.

Lets try this please.

Please remove the VGA from your system.

Use the on board graphics of the motherboard, CPU.

Now power on and tell me if any LED near the 24 PIN power connectors stay red.

Clear CMOS as your motherboard is trying to find the VGA that you do not have connected.

As the FLBK_LED is permanently red I can only think that your bios chip is dead or damaged.

Have you tried to do a BIOS flashback using a USB stick?

Clear CMOS means pressing the clear cmos button on the in out panel of the board, it has an arrow forming a circle.
