(MOVED TO MOTHERBOARDS) Maximus Z790 Hero / Intel XTU will not start after latest firmware

I have been testing configurations sucessfully with XTU up until this morning. I updated to the latest MB Bios and the XTU prompts that it cannot start due to a system incompatibility with no other explanation. I did see a similar issue when I first started using XTU a few days ago but it was resolved by disable core isolation. That is still disabled. I have been unable to determine what is stopping it now. If I enable Undervolt Protection it runs, where prior to the Bios Update, I was able to leave that disabled and lower voltages in XTU. All of my profiles in XTU are undervolt so disabling it defeats the purpose.

Any ideas on what to check?
