Minor problem with XMP profile enabled

Hello everyone. I'll make it short not to waste too much of your time. My pc has two 8gb sticks of Corsair Vengeance pro rgb RAM. Recently, I've noticed that the memory was running at default speed (2133MHz), while I wanted it to reach the maximum rated speed (3200MHz). So, I entered the BIOS and enabled XMP I. after hitting restart, the memory was in fact running at 3200Mhz. The small problem I noticed was that, every time I started up the PC it would turn on ,then turn off and , after a couple of seconds, turn on again. I tried disabling XMP I to try and fix it, and the problem went away. My question is: how can I fix it? and if I can't, will it damage my pc in the long run? Thanks in advance for your help.
