Memtweakit vs bios on maximus formula VI

Have been going back and forth between mem tweakit and the bios on my formula VI machine trying to improve memory performance. One thing that keeps frustrating me is the inconsistency between the naming of parameters in the memtweakit compared to the bios. In many cases there is an abbreviation that corresponds nicely. In some instances you might see such abrev when hovering over the parameter while in the bios. However there is still a few that wont be recognizable in the bios when having looked in the memtweakit. Please make sure they do correspond fully between the memtweakit software and the various bios used. Still cant. Find tWTR in bios nor twPREI normally take a screenshot. From memtweakit and then try to follow the sequence of whatto change in a controlled way. Still though dont workRegards,

MemTweakIt is not fully supported or aligned with Maximus VI series, that's why. Official support stopped with Maximus V.

Memory performance can be judged by using Realbench image editing test, as it is very memory efficiency sensitive.

Yeah i am using realbench for the performance tests. But i need to verify that various timings actually have been set in bios. I dont see that on realbench but maybe there is another software for that?

There's really no need to verify BIOS settings in Windows. Once you save and exit they are applied.

Hmm i guess i must be of the target theni gather information from various sites on settings that might work for my memory chips. (Even from this site based on someone posting the same from mem tweak it and i try to replicate the same setting despite non compatability being obsolete for tweaking) then some settings are named in different ways and are set to auto so i have no clue what they might end up as. While i tweak on other settings the auto settings might change..If i then keep getting different scores in realbench.. Why would i not want to check them while in windows???? Ofcourse i do. That is also why i run cpu-z if i set for example the rog gamers profile or the samsung memory tweaks in bios.. Suddenly the FSB ratio might have changed. Thus if memtweakit is out then please do put the function into realbench. But ofcourse i could take 3 screenshots of the bios showing auto and hope it has a good setting? But then Bill Gates once said " 640kB ought to be enough for anybody"
