Maxiumus VI Gene z87 LCC control

looking to completely disable LCC on this board with a 4670k overclocked to 4.4 with adaptive voltage
the bios doesn't seem to have a "off" subsetting only auto and levels 1 to 10
the problem is I am getting the odd-voltage spike when the frequency changes not really a issue since it only happens during clock transient, but its annoying ...
settings
LLC AUTO
voltage adaptive -
voltage base offset 0.24
additional turbo mode voltage 1.270
VRM optimal/optimized
VRM frequency 350
*everything else on auto
I should mention that I am setting VID spikes to 1.325 when the problem occurs
avg 100% load vcore is 1.265 but its spiking to 1.280
temps are fine its stable just annoying

I also notice that when using negative voltage sign the IA voltage is reported as 3.3V O_o I know that can't be right unless there is a issue with the bios
this also happens if I use negative voltage sign for the Ring/LLC

Hello

LLC controls droop for VCCIN not VCORE. Any VCORE droop is handled internally by the FIVR based on Intel's programmed rules.

here is the output of CPU-z's report
http://justpaste.it/lnzl
look at what it is reporting for the IA voltage when operating using negative sign offset (1.270 - 50)
now I don't think its accually getting that much voltage if it did it would be dead or running so hot it would instantly throttle which it doesn't the question is why is the board reporting this
