Maximus VIII Extreme has a m.2 port and U2 connection. Can I raid 0 with Intel 750 series SSD's or does one disable the other ?

Look in the manual

Thank you Chino,
I have been very familiar with the chart for quite some time now. Where I questioned was the N/A (not applicable). The Intel 750 series SSD's NVMe comes in different interconnects. The 2.5 drive comes with a Sff-8639 (U.2) cable or a Hyper kit. The hyper kit appears to be a m.2 to u.2 adapter for a board with m.2 but no u.2 connection. The Maximus Extreme has both. According to Asus tech support if I use the u.2 port I can not use the m.2 port in raid 0. That was a soft " can not", after being on hold for quite some time. Ok, forget the raid 0, does this mean the m.2 slot is dead if the u.2 connection is occupied ? I ask because the m.2 port can be used for other applications besides storage

Priority is set to M.2 hope this helps
