Maximus VI Extreme PLX Temp?

I have a Cooler Master Storm Stryker with the Maximus VI Extreme and a 4770k running 3 way SLI EVGA 780's SC, 32GB G.Skill Trident DDR3 2666MHz, 1200W PSU, H100i. Everything is stock, nothing is overclocked at all. I started up the RoG DIP4 and all my temps are great besides my PLX temp. It is anywhere from 60-65 degrees Celsius, which is showing up red through this program. Anything I should be worried about?

It's actually hovering at around 70-72 now with little to no load on it.. Just playing WoW. Oh, I'm also using a triple monitor setup if that means anything.

It's normal that your temperatures are hovering around 70C to 72C. Heck it can even run at 100C for an eternity and it won't blow up. LOL Asus has programmed the chip to shutdown when it hits 105C. So you have nothing to worry about.

Continue enjoying your system, mate. 😉

Ah okay thanks a bunch. I wonder why it's showing in the red then, bit unsettling but oh well. Now time to figure out how to OC my CPU and GPU's! That's gonna be fun.. >.<

You are well within the operational range of the PLEX component.
