maximus hero dont boot up struct with blinking start and reset lights

hello friends , need ur help badly

purchased a new maximus hero 3 months back , now the problem is the motherboard wont boot , psu dont turn on tried everything with components without components i didnt understand anything , i only buy this build cause i love gaming and done as other
forums said , some said mother board may be fried , im not a rich guy to buy a new mobo please help me guyzz....... and i have good earthing at my house

Please list all your hardware. That is the first thing you need to do.

Then make sure all the PSU connectors are fitted, especially the 12v EPS CPU connector.

If you can, please provide more details as to the problem and what you tried to resolve the issue.

One important question: was your computer powering on (fans, lights etc.)?
