Looking for help with deciding on a SSD

Hey everyone,
So I am torn between 3 Solid State Drives right now. I am ready to order one, I just can not decide which. So I am looking for some feedback from this great community. Here they are.

Samsung 840 Pro 512gb SSD. 540mbps Read/ 520mbps Write. $519 retail ( I found one for $425.00 new in box)

OCZ Vector 512gb SSD. 550mbps Read/ 530mbps Write. $600 retail ( I found one for $450.00 new in box)

Plextor M5P 512gb SSD. 540mbps Read/ 470mbps Write. $450 retail ( I found one for around $400.00 new in box)

Now I know how we can all feel about ebay, but the nice prices are off ebay from good, 100% feedback sellers and are new in box. If I can save $100.00 + dollars I will take my chances with a faulty drive.

So ignoring prices all together and where they are coming from, which is the best Drive? I guess I am mainly referring to quality and the controller. Samsung MDX vs Indilinx vs Marvell.

EDIT: I just found that Newegg has 15% off of the Plextor listed above right now. So I could potentially get that for $365.49. ( .71 cents per gb)

EDIT: So I went with the Samsung 840 Pro. After reading reviews and comparison benchmarks this thing just about dominates all. There are a few left for $425.00 if anyone is interested. They are $519 on newegg.

I would take either the Sammy or Plextor over the OCZ drive any day.

Samsung 28" 4K

Intel 520 series is really good as well.

the speeds are not that great on the raidr card, its slower then 2 ssd's ( 550/540 MB/s )
its around 800'ish.

Samsung 840 pro, hands down. My desktop has two in raid 0, reads 1090mbs and writes 950mbs. My g75vx now has one it read 560mbs and write 460ish...

A tip if you have much RAM and you never use it that much you can use RAM caching.

if you do RAM Caching you can speed up your Read to 2 GB/sec (if you add 1.5GB RAM to it)

It will read much faster then but you’re always using the Amount of RAM you add at your SSD/HDD.

I did it and run some test with crystaldisk
