I've got an G750JX for 4 months now, always plugged in with the battery inside. Since some days, the battery is always charging but never above 89%, led always orange fixed.
I've tried to re-calibrate several times without success. Battery is charging but remains at 89.
The laptop can run several hours on battery so it must be ok.
I've tried to desinstall/install battery driver, nothing changed.
Question is: is it dangerous to leave the battery inside while always charging ? The battery is cold but i don't like seeing it always in charge.
Any idea ?
