Integrated Intel® HD Graphics 4000 vs NVIDIA GeForce GT 620M

What is the performance difference in these two cards? How much better is the GT 620M?
I'm looking to pick the U47A (With the HD 4000) at Best Buy. They do not sell the U47VC, which has the GT 620M. The VC model is about $100 more. For light gaming, should I go with the U47A or play extra (and wait more time) for the U47VC?

Thanks for the help.

HD 4000 from Intel is nothing else than the integrated graphics card in the Intel CPU. My guess would be GT 620M is slightly better than the integrated HD graphics.
