Im planning to do OC with my i5-2500k

Hi guys just a quick question. I found this thread in this website.

Is this the steps to OC my i5-2500k? Do i need to just copy all
the set up in UEFI Bios at the pictures he posted?

mobo is ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z/GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68


just want to make sure everything is correct before i touch anything. this is my 1st time OC and im not pro com tech.
