Hi @ethanhawke31

Is the system stable with XMP disabled?

Perhaps try the beta update here first with the new CPU microcode update from Intel and report back.

It was at first then the more I tweak the more it got worst

Do you have anymore TS to share @Silent_Scone

Can you message me, my cpu still is having issues. This is my 3rd cpu. Asus doesnt want to have my warranty for my motherboard.

Unfortunately, it didnt work. I updated the bios to 2402

If the CPU is not stable at complete operating defaults (Intel Default - Performance) on the most recent BIOS with 0x125 microcode, I would contact Intel support.

I have exactly the same hardware as you. I managed to stabilize my CPU in terms of performance and temperature, but it wasn't easy because there are many factors that can cause your computer to crash. I see that you've tweaked your BIOS settings, and sometimes that makes things worse. Sometimes, just one or two incorrect values can cause everything to fail. I recommend setting ICCMAX to 380A and PL1 and PL2 to 280W (both short and long boost).

After that, in the BIOS menu, set the E-core ratio to 41 and the P-core ratio to 60. Change the offset voltage to -0.500 for all E-cores and -0.250 for all P-cores. Set the CPU VID voltage to -0.020.

Loadline level should be set to 4. Don't touch the VRM settings. Keep your memory in auto mode to ensure you have no issues with your RAM. All cores are overvolted.

can you help me? This is my 3rd Proc with Intel still having instability issues.

@Silent_Scone , does you have any new Beta Bios for Z690, so that i can also use the 14900K(F)? This Beta 2204 from the Formula Z690 does not work with my 14900KF
