I would try re-seating your CPU & RAM as something seems off to me with the missing RAM & CPU readout being crazy.
Look for bent pins while the chip is out of the socket.
Also, combining RAM kits on X79 platform is never a good idea, but my advice for you is this:
Separate both kits into their respective channels -
IE, place all 4 sticks from kit one in the black slots, and all 4 sticks from kit two into the dark grey slots.
XMP will not likely work because of the 2 kits so you will need to set your RAM's parameters manually in UEFI.
EDIT: One more thing, make sure your system recognizes CPU & all ram on stock settings. If it does your OC settings may be messing everything up.
