Hyperthreading not working, why?

I have this system:
Cooler Master HAF X
Intel Core i7 3770k - Overclocked to 4.6 GHz (stable - offset mode)
Noctua NH-D14
Vertex 4 - 256 GB
Seasonic 1000W Platinum
G Skill Ripjaw 32 gb (12800 - 1600 MHz)
Nvidia GTX 680 Phantom 4 GB Edition

and I want to enable Hyperthreading, I enabled it in the BIOS and tried these things:
- reboot. shut down, pull power plug, wait 10 seconds, reboot (still 4 cores in task manager)
- change between balanced and high performance battery mode (still shows 4 cores in task manager)
- uninstall 3770k from device manager and reboot (still shows 4 cores in task manager

I have the CPU overclocked to 4.6 GHz in offset mode and it's stable.

Does anyone know why my Hyperthreading doesn't turn on? I want to use 3D Studio Max and Adobe software for better rendering. I'll give any info on my pc for you to help me as fast as possible. I hope to hear from you guys soon 🙂

- reflashed my 1408 bios to 1408 bios (for super default everything lol)
- Opened Optimized Defaults in BIOS & rebooted
- turned on the 4.6 GHz auto level up and changed it to offset mode and some other tweaks
- now it's working on 4.6 GHz offset mode, even more stable then before, Thanks guys

WITH the hyper threading working! 🙂
