How to get a drive mount screw out of the case?

I was switching drives and one of the little black screws fell into a small opening in the case next to the drive bay. (Not sure why they are there, but...) I can hear it rattling but it won't come out. Is there a recommended way of getting them out?

ASUS ROG G751JT-CH71, if it matters.

Eh, I managed to shake it loose. Doesn't help that the screws are black against a black case, but oh well.

I hate it when that stuff happens. I actually a 3" strip of a black zip tie stuck behind my motherboard (it just randomly shot there when I cut it). 😛
