High Temperatures on GTX 660

Hi

Recently I bought a GTX660 TI-DC2O-2GD5 by the system DirectCu II I Thought that would be cool, a card always fresh! but no.
Is it normal to touch headpipes video card are very hot?
I have a cooler master v8 and the headpipes are always cold when touch it.
so Is normal or is a defect? the GTX 660 play always with games at temperatures of 60 to 75 What should not be cold?

60 - 75 degrees is normal temperature for your GTX 660.

Yes, I think you're in a good range for a graphics card... the heatpipes seem hot, but that's their role, to take away the heat from the GPU...
