High temp on i5 4670

Hello guys and sorry if I didn't post this in right place anyway
my temps are too high.
I have an i5 4670 and with the stock cooler the temps arrive to 90/92°C and I am worried about the health of my processor.
So I want to buy a new CPU cooler. I have the 4670 so I won't do overclock. Which is the best cpu cooler under 165mm and under 100 euros?

If your CPU is running at stock then that is way to high and you have a problem...

Please check that your stock cooler is fitted correctly. Then go to the bios and select F5 and enter to set factory defaults in the bios. If you are running a RAID array remember to change your SATA mode back to RAID before you save F10 and enter.
