🙂Mechanical insults (shaking, hitting, dropping something) to a hard drive while it spins isn't a good idea... if the head touches the platter, then it may scratch it, creating bad sectors on it... - that's why i prefer SSDs in laptops (they're immune to movements)
You may have a simple connection problem, but your disk may also be already damaged... - i would try first to run some disk checking application to see the status of that HDD...
