help with hard drives

hi,
I had a 320gb crappy hard drive and upgrade to a momentus xt gen2 750gb.
I used a program called AOMIE partition assistant to copy everything form hard drive to hard drive,
I went in the bios and tried to boot off momentus, but the message bootmgr press ctrl+alt+del to restart ( I think is was that ) come up, so I went into disk management, but cant seem to make e: ( which is momentus ) to c: or make e: bootable but no luck there.

Can anyone help??? PLEASE

should I just format the momentus and install win 8 which is a pain cause I have to go to a mates house n use his cd or is there a quick easy way to make the momentus bootable or make it c:

List your hardware and the OS of the 320GB drive.

I have a maximus v formula, 2x4gb g skill 2400mhz ram, intel i7 3770k, asus gtx 660 duc2, cd drive is a dvd multi layer burner
os on 320gb drive windows 8 pro

Macrium Reflect Free is what I used. Once the drive was cloned I removed the other hard drive completely from the system. Went into BIOS and F5 and enter to set defaults.

Posted to OS as easy as that.

another quick question I have 2x4gb g skill ram sticks code f3-2400c10d-8gtx my asus book doesn't have them in it and my bios runs them at 1600 but using X.E.M.P (I think is was) in the bios I managed to get them to 2400mhz is that safe considering they weren't in the asus instruction booklet??
