I am trying to overclock my CPU to at least 4.5ghz. I am having no luck. It will seem stable then it crashes. I am watching my temps as well and it staying around the 45-47 range and never goes past 55 when running a graphic intensive game.

If anyone can help me with good setting in the bios with my memory and cpu cfg I would greeattttlllyyy appreciate it. I have searched through the threads and google. I have found some forum posts that looked promising but never really gave me any information to use in the end.

Thank you guys!
