HELP Offset on a Asus Maximus Hero

Anyone here know how to select the Offset on a Asus Maximus Hero 6? i have 4 options Auto, Manual Offset, Adaptive, once i select offset lets say i can only enter small values, So then when boot back it BSOD, i lose my current voltage.
