Help OC..

Hello i just need help or advice Ocing my RIG on stable 24/7 coz i this the firts time for me so i need some guide and advice
for the best OC.Thanks

My RIG:

Intel i7 3770k
MB: Asus Maximus Formula V
PSU:Corsair GS 700 Gaming Series
SSD:Samsung 128GB 830 series
VC:Asus GTX 560 1GB ram
RAM: Corsair Vegeance 1866mhz 8GB.
Cooling: Corsair H100

Is it the Maximus V Extreme or the Maximus V Fomula?
At its simplest all you need to do to overclock is to change the AI overclock tuner to XMP, or Manual if your RAM doesn't use XMP.
After that change the value of BCLK to 100, if it isn't already that. Then Increase the multiplier to a wanted amount. As you increased the multiplier the CPU will need more power so you'll need to balance that out by increasing CPU voltage. After every OC go into windows and run HWmonitor and Prime 95 to see if it's stable and to check temps. Try to keep load temps at 70-75C for a 24/7 OC.

For the latest CPUs and with the UEFI bios it's about the same for all mobos.
