Help me with cpu voltage please

Hey!
Asus Z690 Apex, Core i9-12900K.
I have the adaptive voltage for the processor set and AI overclocking mode enabled. The memory is set to XMP.

I would like the processor voltage to be low in idle time (working in Windows in a browser, watching a video, and so on). At the same time, in a heavy load (for example, when the turbo is activated) or when you play (and so on), the processor voltage rose to the required level (for example, as it is now set - up to 1.321 volts).

How to do it for safe ?

I wouldn't be doing like that. Plus, if you don't OC like a maniac, just go for negative offset anyway. You will get better temps too.

You should always do it via BIOS and find the offset CPU voltage. Then fiddle with it, small increments with negative offset til you find the sweet spot.

If you are interested, here's the video.
