Help me with cpu cooler!

I have Phenom 1090T with Asus Crosshair V formula with ram Vengeance dual channel high profile in a HAF 932 advanced case.
I want to buy the coolermaster Hyper evo 212 cpu cooler.
1st question is if anybody uses the same or similar combo.
2nd question is if would be any problem with Vengeances.I will lose 1 slot or 2 or nothing?
3rd question is if the fan of cooler is making trouble with Vengeances, could be easier if i would install the fan from
the left side and pull the air out of the heatsink ? If yes would be a lost of perfomance for the cooler?

Thanks in advance i am waiting for your reply!

p.s. I am ready to buy this cooler but if u have any better idea for cooler around 50euros i would like to hear!

I have used that air cooler and Corsair Vengeance high profile DRAM. They do NOT fit together. I got my second pair of RAM sticks separately and chose a low profile form. With the low profile in the slots nearest the CPU, I still had to install the fan high on the fin stack.

I think you would lose a little if mounting the fan to pull. The rear case fan is already pulling. In effect, the push fan of the cooler and rear case fan do push-pull.

The better idea is a small all-in-one water cooler -- no RAM fit problems at all. Look for a single-fan model. Those might be in the price range.

Thanks for answer but u had the same motherboard with me?I checked here the dimensions http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?product_id=3053 and ill measure today from the middle of the cpu till the 1st slot of dimms.I think ill be ok but not sure.
I know with liquid ill elaborate that problem but with this budget i think that ill have more noise and more temps on cpu, besides hyper 212!
