Note: Mods sorry for double posting can you please transfer this thread to Here

CPU - i7 4790k using Stock Heatsink
GPU - Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming 4gb 256Bit (update drivers to latest version) 2-3 weeks before the problem occur
RAM - Kingston HyperX Savage Single 8GB 2133
PSU - Corsair Platinum 860 Watts
Motherboard - Maximus Hero VII
SSD - Transcend 128GB
HDD - Seagate 1TB
OD - LG writer
OS - windows ultimate 64bit (Updated Security Updates as of July) 2-3 weeks before the problem occur
AV - Kaspersky AV

Newly bought PC 2-3 weeks. i think the problem occurs when i modify the settings in DIP 5 Al Suite III, This saturday only.
TEMP History: 25-37 Celcius monitored since i used it.

Beep Codes:
1 long beep then 3 short beeps - Video Card Not Detected
4 short beeps - Hardware component failure

Q_Code : b6/b2/94/96/A0/a4 this are the codes that i remember when the problem occur (cannot boot up normally & no display) when you power on the pc the cpu fan will start slowly then suddenly stop then turning back again and normally startup but when you restart the pc in start up menu i did this (5x) already it will not boot up, no display all fans are running all leds are not flashing or blinking.

The story was I hear some noise in the PC i think the sound of the fans , then i check the Monitoring software "Al Suite III" it displaysquite good temperature CPU 32-35 Celcius, Motherboard 27-28 Celcius and GPU is cool at 24 Celcius then i discovered in the monitoring tool that the frequency is overclocked i got panic because i want to stay at stock speed which is 4000GHZ but It display 4400GHZ but the temperature is still in good shape 35-37Celcius even im using stock HEATSINK of INTEL , then i got panic i turned off all services include microsoft services and startup applications then i carelessly modified the Dual Intelligent Processor 5 aka Al Suite III i change something in the TPU i think i modify one of the cores there and set the ratio to 41 and modify the cpu load line calibration to level 1-5 then i change something in CPU VRM switching frequency i forgot what i did there i just turned off the spread spectrum. i discovered that the culprit is the POWER OPTIONS in CONTROL PANEL i change the mode to HIGH Performance but i switch again to normal mode then after that it runs 800mhz in all cores but i did not set up back the TPU settings back to original form because i thought it was okay then when im watching movie its working great but after i closed the VLC Player the system hangs up and no DISPLAY im suspecting the drivers because i forgot to enable again the basic services of the system now i turn on all services and startup applications but still same problem NO Display when restarting the pc. how to fix the problem? can i uninstall the Dual Intelligent Processor 5 "Al Suite III"? so the settings in the bios will be the one to get function not the software? first of all i did not change anything in the bios "EXTREME TWEAKER" i just only change the boot up setting for installation of windows 7 ultimate 64bit.

thank you very much and sorry for my bad grammar.

Just reset the bios, using that special button on your motherboard.
