Unfortunately that is not working like that... every card is particular in it's OC'ing potential, and - the most important - cooling may be different...
As a general idea, you will need an application for OC'ing... Asus GPU Tweak or MSI Afterburner are a good place to start...
Then you can start pushing the clocks/frequencies until stability is lost - you need something to stress with too... Then adjust/bump the voltage(s)...
It is advisable to OC the GPU and VRAM separately first to find the max clocks and voltage for each, then combine those two settings...
The most important during OC'ing is to monitor the temps! Those will determine how high you can go...
