GTX 670M Overclock Questions

Hey Guys/Girls

I have a few questions about overclocking:

1: Does it damage overclocking? i have overclocked my GPU from :

Core Clock Mhz: 620---->740
Memory clock MHz:1500-->1690

Temp: around 69 Degrees.

If i put more MHZ i get strange flickering's

2.I can overclock Shader memory does that have good FPS effect? Of what is the best settings for Best FPS winning?

3.Can you explain what core clock does and memory clock and shaderclock?

Overclocking on a laptop will always bemore challenging and limited because of the produced heat... practically the temps will define your max OC settings...

Yes, OC'ing can damage your hardware! That's why it is not covered by warranty...
