Great Benchmark difference between win 7 & win 8.1 !!!

Hi, with my first card XFX HD6990 I had in Hard Reset 103fps Average, with my new card Sapphire R9 290 I had also 103fps Av with 2 R9 290 (crossfire) I had 147fps Av !!! All in Windows 7 Ultimate 🙂 Now I have Windows 8.1 and have 60fps Av ??!!!
I heard there's a difference in Battlefield (benchmarks in W7 & W8) But 147fps against 60fps ????? Isn't that a little bit to much difference ???

Tnx Man for the cool advice 🙂 I put off the Vsync and have now 139fps Av instead 60fps (in Win 7 I had 147fps Av, that's not a Horrible difference is it ? 🙂 )
I only did not now that the difference was So Big between with or without Vsync 🙂

Vsync locks it to the amount of frames your monitor can display.
