GPU TWEAK 3 dont work

I installed GPU Tweak 3. After restarting the PC I only have this window like the one in the picture. I've tried reinstalling the software several times and it didn't help

okay i found the problem i dont now why but my AMD software has reset to an older version from 2023

did the direct x appear before finish the install of gt3?

If not, please uninstall restart the pc and install again as clean install, and before CLICK the FINISH wait a little also make sure the adrenaline is on default. ONLY 1 app to control.
