GL553VE Issues with 3D Software Design and Gaming (latency/Lag)

Hey Everyone,

Well to start this off; I recently bought a ROG (GL553VE) stock standard for Music Production. I have been interested in getting into 3D animation and design and I downloaded and starting using Blender (3D design program). It has been hell trying to design anything as there is latency between when I click any options or move the image and the point from when I actually clicked. I also have a very similar issue trying to play little old 'Fallout Shelter'. Fallout goes to the start screen then lags to load a vault. The screen that rises up stops and goes when the whole game should run smoothly. I am not sure what internal hardware I have as of yet but it is stock standard with the GL553VE. I have tried uninstalling 360 and running with windows defender now. I have tried a factory reset, and, I've tried various options and settings in the ROG Gaming center.

If anyone has had a similar problem and has any idea of how to fix this issue with latency; REPLY here or INBOX me.

Thanks.

Update...I seem to have improved the performance of the game and 3d editing program by disabling the autostarting of a couple of programs in the background which were not being used. Am having less of an issue now but there is still too much latency to edit 3D in Blender. Could it be a graphics card issue? Thing is my old asus notebook (not ROG) would run FL studio a plethora of games and other visual editing programs (not 3D) with no issue. I'm reluctant to keep this laptop if the issues persists and will not be buying another ROG notebook. maybe it's a little issue i am missing, but, It seems to me like I should have gone with the new MSI. Not up-gradable but from experience is more reliable.

Have recently come across some corrupted files which relate to internet connectivity, Windows Updates and more. The main files for HKEY Service Applicable folder have been corrupted and am running a sfc /scannow to try and amend this. I think for the most part the problem is windows 10 related and have found it has nothing to do with my model. After much searching and more I still have no resolution for the problem. Am currently thinking of re-installing windows 10. backed up now waiting for the sfc scan to complete.

After completely removing McAfee, Reason Core Security, using only windows defender, Restarting, Running the above program all the way through, and then resetting my modem and then another restart the problem with latency has been resolved. Looks like there are several comparability issues with 32 bit programs and windows 10 64bit system. I think the problem stemmed from 1. Download VST software that had malware attached and 2. too many 32bit malware protection softwares. The lack of the internet connection didn't help but it was not the root of the cause. Going to be using windows 8 from now on!!
