G75VX retail purchase configured as Network Server Client in Shared User Mode

I purchased my Asus G75VX new at Best Buy May 2013. On first power up it was configured as a publicly managed network domain shared server client in user mode with all the administrative authority belong to the network administrators. It cannot be reconfigured or even manor changes made because the administrative authority belongs to people I do not know and have never met. There is not even an installed operating system on the C: drive. The operating system is installed on partitioned disk volume. There are two operating systems. One on the X: Reserve Disk Volume and one on the C: Disk Partition. The g4bit is taken over through compatibility with the 32bit and inside windows it operates as a 32bit system using old windows software. I sent it to the Asus Service center and it came back configured the same. This is my third notebook purchased in a row from Best Buy with the configuration. The first computer was an Samsung Chronos i7 64bit $975.00 that I exchanged for an Asus G75VX i7 64bit for an additional $400.00 and I exchanged that Asus G75VX for another G75VX. The computer registry confirms the configuration and is 170MB in size and 1400 pages in text. A normal computer registry is 2 or 3 hundred pages of text. The computer has the American Mega Trends Network Managed Aptio Setup Utility that has been modified from the original version and is in the public domain. All the paths in the bios lead to disk volumes and cannot be changed other than what has been administratively approved by the network administrators. I went to Fry's and purchased Windows 7 Home Premium 64 and 32 bit DVD for $216.00 and installed the 64 bit first on the G75VX and it was configured the same way as windows 8. The 32bit version the same. I have been stuck with a notebook computer since May 2013 that is unusable with tech people trying to convince me that I do not see what is there and that that is the way it is suppose to be. Here on ROG everybody discusses configuring and reconfiguring there personal computers while at the same time I can't even use mine or configure it. The below information is from win8 64bit installed. Asus told me they do not support win7 on the G75VX but o first install it worked just like win8 did when I first purchased the notebook until it received updates.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit and 32bit retail disk is GSP1RMCHPXFRER_EN_DVD.

The bios version on my Asus G75VX is American Megatrends version 206, V Bios version 80.04.97.00.13.N62G75500, EC version B14E140001. The operating system version is not the same as the install disk.

The boot configuration is; American Megatrends Bios Aptio Setup Utility installed. :\\?|GLOBALROOT\Device|HarddiskVolume1\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD.Backup.0001

I was wondering if anyone had a locked path in the bios, PCI(1|2)\Devicpath(Type 3, Subtype 12)HD(Part1, Sigf7d286c6-b525-4644-abb5-35ebcee096ba) ? I have a GPT Server partition that has more than one virtual operating system. the OEM part cannot be taken offline.
