G. Skill or Corsair vengeance

Hello there!
I've been looking for a 16gb quad channel RAM and i've found these 2 results:

As i have seen, they are both very good, but one has more CAS latency than the other, and the other has a lower speed.

Which one would you recommend me?

I have already seen those.
I should have put this in the post.
I have choosen an intel i7 4820k 2011LGA socket processor with ASRock X79 extreme motherboard. The RAM will work more efficiently if it is quad channel than dual channel

Yes. I would love and you can guess... But that cash doe... i can't afford them. They can't overpass the 180-190euro
