Formula MB issue

Hello, just built my new rig here and I'm having an issue I can't figure out. When the the tower turns on, it powers up and turns off, then turns on again. The tower stays powered however, the "Boot device" led stays on. During this the monitor does not turn on what so ever. I tried the ram, video card, HHD and SSD...Can someone please assist?

I noticed that you have a 780 RMA, I'm curious, what PSU are you using?

Evga 750, Well ASUS support was a total waste of time.... defective however, made me jump through every hoop to finally get them to say it. I returned my MB and wait for replacement...one more shot!

Dont give up on the board. Its a very nice motherboard and I have had zero issues with it or Asus for over a year running since I built mine. Good luck keep us posted

Finally my new replacement Mother board arrived! Now awaiting my new NZXT H440 to arrive so I can install.
