I'm new to the ROG family, recently I upgrade my build to a overclocking platform. I finally can taste a piece of the overclocking world 😄 . Long story short, I slightly overclocked my i5-4690k to 4.5 Ghz with 1.20V and XMP enabled. Temps are decent, it stays below 80 degree during stress-test with my crappy ( approx: 6 USD - $45 HKD ) cooler. while I wait for my Corsair H100i arrive. I think i'm now comfortable with the current overclocking. But I can only use manual voltage. It seems to had trouble booting onto Windows while using adaptive mode. Maybe some fine tuning advice for this noob here? 🙂 Thank you for advance! 😄
