Dual Intelligent Processor 5 odd behavior

For some reason I am able to set my multiplier to 60, however, the max speed reported on the system is 5.7Ghz

Is it something I am doing wrong, or is the software lying?

What platform and CPU? Can you give some context here? Please post your system specifications.

How and where are you setting the CPU multiplier within the UEFI?
